Meals are served community-style in a dining room and he became friendly with two other men at his table. His physical and occupational therapy sessions were excellent. He left walking better than he had been for years. All in all, a 5-star experience for this family.

Now he's eating finely chopped food, but can't swallow, but they tried to make veal stew yesterday, which he would normally love, and they came and fed him. The dining room was cheerful, table for four.

The food wasn't always spectacular, but it seemed to be satisfactory to her. The location couldn't be better so it's great for those with a big family it's close to Albany, Schenectady, and Troy, but the grounds don't have the atmosphere of the city. The facilities and property has been upgraded in recent years so I expect the quality has only improved since then.
